The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 7B, Block 500A, consisting of approximately 75,050 square feet (ADA-09024 successive lease to ADA-02940), at the Dillingham Airport for 48 years.  Applicant:  Grant Aviation.  Authorized uses:  Aviation – Operation of an airline terminal building for the processing of passengers and freight, sublease of terminal space for aviation use, food and beverage sales, retail sale of aviation fuel and lubricating oils.   Annual rent:  $8,616.15.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the department to grant the proposed successive lease without competition.  Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 5, 2015 after which the department will determine whether or not to execute the successive lease.  Only a person who submits written comment or objection to the department at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice and includes a return address is entitled to have notice of the department’s decision sent to that address.
