MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD REGULATION WORK SESSION
AUGUST 3, 2015, BY VIDEO CONFERENCE

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.083, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a meeting on August 3, 2015 to discuss the draft regulations referred to as Set #3 prior to its regular meeting which will be held on August 10-11, 2015. The regular meeting August 10-11, 2015, will be noticed separately. No public testimony will be taken during this meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide a work session for the board to review the drafts of Set #3 of the marijuana regulations as they exist on August 3. Comments relating to any of the sets of draft regulations will not be taken during this meeting. Comments relating to draft regulations must be submitted during the time frames and in the manner set forth in public notices relating to each set of draft regulations.

The meeting will be via video conference from two locations across the state. The board members from Bethel and Fairbanks are expected to attend the meeting telephonically. The locations are 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1760, DCCED Conference Room, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501, and 333 Willoughby 9th Floor, Conference Room A, DCCED, Juneau, AK 99801. Any member of the public calling in to the meeting must have the capability of muting their phone and must mute their phone. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will continue through 5:00 p.m.
