 PUBLIC NOTICE

 REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
TAKOTNA, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE

In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .450 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the approval of the survey and plat of Takotna Housing Subdivision No. 2 and the dedication or reservation for public or private use of easements, public utility areas, and rights–of-way as shown on the plat.

The Takotna Community Association, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Takotna, adopted a resolution approving the dedication of the plat on February 27, 2015. 

The public is invited to comment on the proposed plat and dedication.  Please submit comments to:

no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 31, 2015. 

Following the comment deadline, all responses will be reviewed and the Commissioner’s decision on this matter may be modified as a result of information received.
