Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development – Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing

On July 6, 2015, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 16, 2015, and will go into effect on August 15, 2015.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 215, October 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
