PUBLIC NOTICE
MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD TRAINING MEETING
Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.083, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a meeting on July 29th, 2015 to receive training relating to board rules, ethics disclosures, the regulations process in the APA, and state travel rules. No public testimony will be taken during this meeting.
Comments relating to draft regulations will not be taken during this meeting. Comments relating to draft regulations must be submitted during the time frames and in the manner set forth in public notices relating to each set of draft regulations.
The meeting will be via video conference from two locations across the state. The board members from Bethel and Fairbanks are expected to attend the meeting telephonically. The locations are 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1700, DCCED Conference Room, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501 and 333 Willoughby 9th Floor, Conference Room A, DCCED, Juneau, AK 99801. The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338; code 69173#. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. with introductions and an election of the chairperson of the board.
