Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on July 2, 2015 ACS of Fairbanks, LLC, ACS of the Northland, LLC, ACS of Alaska, LLC, and ACS of Anchorage, LLC (collectively "ACS") filed tariff advice filings designated as TA141-117, TA182-359, TA200-251, and TA544-120, respectively, proposing to remove language relating to white pages telephone directories and to revise the directory listing services. Specifically, ACS proposes to discontinue the following directory listing services to those who do not have a customer billing relationship with ACS: 1) Additional listings, 2) Cross-Reference Listings, 3) Foreign Listings, and 4) Directory Lines of Information. ACS will continue to offer these services to current customers and to those with whom it maintains a billing relationship. Although it does not distribute a telephone directory, ACS will continue to provide subscriber listings to directory publishers and directory assistance providers. Finally, ACS proposes changes to its definitions removing references to telephone directories.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve rates or classifications which vary from that proposed.
