PROPOSAL TO AMEND LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to amend Agreement ADA-31995 to revise uses and increase term up to twenty (20) additional years. LESSEE: Lake Spenard Airpark, LLC. AREA: Block 16, Lot 14. LEASE TERM: Up to Fifty-five (55) years, from ending October 15, 2049, to ending no later than October 14, 2069. LAND RENTAL RATE: $0.09 per square foot per year. AUTHORIZED USES: Activities directly and indirectly incidental to aviation uses of operating, hangaring, maintaining repairing, including operating a flight school, airframe and engine maintenance and repair facility, and operating an aircraft dealership including selling and leasing aircraft.

This is a request filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the department to grant the proposed revised uses and term extension without competition.
