Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.083, the Marijuana Control Board is holding its regular meeting to consider its agenda covering marijuana regulations and other matters that may come before it.  The board will take public comment on items of agenda business and other issues of public interest related to marijuana, including the compliance of non-licensees and others with the statutes and regulations related to marijuana. Persons may appear at any time during the meeting. Comments not related to draft regulations may also be submitted to the board in writing by any person at any time or by contacting the board by calling during the public testimony period. Comments relating to draft regulations will not be taken during this meeting. Comments relating to draft regulations must be submitted during the time frames and in the manner set forth in public notices relating to each set of draft regulations.

The meeting will be held in Fairbanks on July 2, 2015 at the Fairbanks Legislative Information Office, 1292 Sadler Way, Suite 308, Fairbanks, Alaska 99701. On July 2^nd there will be a briefing by the director at 9:00 AM.; the meeting will begin at 9:15 AM. Public testimony will be 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM on items not on the agenda.
