On December 16, 2014, the Alaska Energy Authority adoptedregulations changes to Title 3, Chapter 109 of the Alaska Administrative Code,dealing with managed grants procurement regulations.
The regulations changes were reviewed and approved by theDepartment of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 10, 2015,and will go into effect July 10, 2015. See attached copy of the filed versionof the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 215, October2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
