Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Home Water, LLC (Home Water) filed a tariff revision designated as TA30-386, requesting the implementation of postage stamp rates, with a revenue requirement study. Should the Commission suspend the tariff revision for further investigation, Home Water requests that proposed rates be effective August 5, 2015, on an interim and refundable basis pending approval of a permanent rate.
