On February 25, 2015, the Real Estate Commission adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 64 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with consumer disclosure and waiver of right to be represented.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on May 21, 2015, and will go into effect on June 20, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 214, July 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
