On May 28, 2015, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 and 78 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with licensure of athletic trainers.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 1, 2015, and will go into effect on July 1, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 214, July 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
