PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
TAKOTNA, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .450 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a deed of Municipal Trust land to James Norcross II for the following described real property, as shown on the attachment:
Lot 26 of the Takotna Housing Survey Lot 26 recorded in the Mt. McKinley Recording District on September 30, 1996 as Plat No. 96-2, located in Section 35 of Township 34 North, Range 36 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, containing 1.012 acres.
The Takotna Community Association, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Takotna, adopted a resolution approving the deed on March 2, 2015.
