Construction of Flowlines for Gas Production of the Ninilchik Unit
The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (ADNR), Division of Oil and Gas (Division), received a Unit Plan of Operations application dated April 30, 2015 from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp) to install two pipelines on private land between Blossom Pad and the Hilcorp-operated Grassim Oskolokoff (GO) Pad. The Blossom Pad is located north of Ninilchik, Alaska on the east side of the Cook Inlet within the Ninilchik Unit (NKU) at approximately MP 124 of the Sterling Highway. Previously, Hilcorp received approval from DOG to construct the Blossom Pad and drill up to two exploration gas wells (LO/CI 14-009) on December 19, 2014. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment under 38.05.035(e)(1)(C)(ii).

Project Description:
Hilcorp plans to construct flowlines on private land and begin gas production from the newly constructed Blossom Pad, north of Ninilchik, Alaska. Additional project details are outlined in the Plan of Operations.

A copy of the final decision will be sent to any person who provides written comments. An eligible person affected by this decision may appeal or request the commissioner’s reconsideration in accordance with (11 AAC 02).All comments must be received by the Comment Deadline: 4:30 pm, Alaska Standard Time, June 29, 2015.
