Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR) filed tariff revision TA272-4, seeking to revise its Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. With TA272-4, ENSTAR proposes an 11.9 percent decrease to its GCA from $7.6891 per Mcf ($0.76891 per Ccf) to $6.7711 per Mcf ($0.67711 per Ccf). ENSTAR proposes to implement the new GCA on July 1, 2015.
In conjunction with TA272-4, ENSTAR filed a request for waiver of 3 AAC 52.506(g), which requires a gas utility to submit historical supporting information with each GCA filing. As required by Section 708g of its tariff, ENSTAR files a report on the status of the Gas Cost Balance Account 15 days after the end of each quarter which includes the historical supporting information required by 3 AAC 52.506(g).
