Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Kenai Beluga Pipeline, LLC (KBPL) filed tariff revision TL30-668, which included Tariff Sheet No. 71 containing Tariff Schedule A. Under Section 15.6(c) of KBPL’s tariff, Schedule A is to be filed annually to publish data regarding peak day high priority use provided to KBPL by interconnected utilities and High Priority End Users for the twelve months ending June 30th. TL30-668 is KBPL’s first filing of Schedule A and shows reported peak day use for the period July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014, the most recent period preceding the date of the filing. An updated and revised Schedule A, showing peak day use data reported for the twelve months ending June 30, 2015, is to be filed by September 15, 2015, and continue annually thereafter.
The Commission may approve a rate or classification, which varies from that proposed.
