The Alaska Department of EnvironmentalConservation, U.S. Coast Guard, and Environmental Protection Agency are updatingAnnex D of the Unified Plan to more clearly define the process for makingchanges to the Unified Plan and to define the role of a newly formed “SteeringCommittee,” which is composed of representatives from the three Unified Plansignatory agencies (USCG, EPA, and ADEC). These changes are intended to simplify and streamline updates andoutline a better mechanism for resolving differences of opinion when theyoccur.  The draft document is available for review at:  http://dec.alaska.gov/spar/perp/plans/uc.htm

We request interested parties to reviewthe updated draft and provide feedback prior to June 15, 2015.
