PROPOSAL TO LEASE SPACE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute a Supplement adding Room SB1915, consisting of 1,704 s.f.  to Agreement ADA-31931.  APPLICANT: Pegasus Aviation Services. TERM: June 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018.  Current Terminal rent rate is $61.50/s.f./yr.  AUTHORIZED USES: Ramp offices in support of ground handling services.

Information is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the office of TSAIA Leasing, located in Room C3980 of the South Terminal, Anchorage, AK.  Comments or request for competing applications may be submitted in writing to: TSAIA Leasing, DOR&PF, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, AK, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before May 26, 2015, after which the DOT&PF will determine whether or not to execute the Lease.
