ITB # 2015-0600-3076 - Term Contract to Provide Food Services for the Department of Health and Social Services - Mat-Su Youth Facility in Palmer, Alaska

The Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services is inviting eligible bidders to submit sealed bids to provide a term contract to provide Food Services for the Mat-Su Youth Facility in Palmer, Alaska. 

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services – Procurement Office from which they were issued and must be time and date stamped by the procurement office prior to 2:00 PM on May 6, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer prior to 2:00 PM on May 1, 2015.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you received this solicitation from the State’s “On-line Public Notice” web site, you must register with the Procurement Specialist listed on this document to receive subsequent amendments.  Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
