Amended ITB #2015-0600-3073 - Term Contract to Provide Food Services for the Department of Health and Social Services, Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility in Kenai, Alaska

The Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services - Procurement Office is inviting eligible bidders to submit sealed bids to provide food services for the Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility in Kenai, Alaska.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services – Procurement Office from which they were issued and must be time and date stamped by the procurement office prior to 2:00 PM, on April 28, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer prior to 2:00 PM, on April 23, 2015.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you received this solicitation from the State’s “On-line Public Notice” web site, you must register with the Procurement Specialist listed on this document to receive subsequent amendments.  Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
