Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Home Water, LLC (Home Water) filed a tariff revision designated as TA29-386, with which it proposes superseding its existing Tariff No. 1 with a reorganized Tariff No. 2. Specific changes are described below:
- Clarify the location of the Water Curtailment Plan in the tariff.
- Clarify the language regarding whose responsibility it is to cover the cost of installation and yearly maintenance.
- Include the Duplicate Locate of Service fee for the Westwood subdivision that was erroneously omitted in a prior filing.
This notice may not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification, which varies from that proposed.
