Train the Trainer
Provide a one day seminar September 17, 2015 in Anchorage, Alaska to teach an Instructor Development Workshop specifically tailored to meet the requirements of beginning (or fairly new) real estate instructors.
The course will be in eight, 50 minute segments, covering: learning environment, student levels, student learning styles, pros and cons of various teaching methods, developing courses including writing outlines, learning objectives, creating visual handouts, use of interactive segments, item writing techniques and effective evaluations.
The instructor will be responsible for audio visual equipment, flip charts, markers and copies of the training materials/handbooks.
*Instructor shall meet the requirements per 12 AAC 64.440(d) and (f)(3)(A)
Quotations must include all direct and indirect costs associated with the performance of the contract including: travel, per diem, car rental, shipping, delivery, any other expenses, and any and all costs associated with the performance of the contract.
