                      HSIP: Sterling Highway Shoulder Widening, MP 97 to MP 118 DesignServices

RFP Number 02552047

The Contractor shall provide design services to complete abid-ready set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E). Servicesinclude surveying and mapping, a design study report, public involvement,utilities conflict report, utility agreements, PS&E, an erosion andsediment control plan, assistance during bidding, and assistance duringconstruction. In addition, the Contractor will be providing engineering supportfor the environmental document and geotechnical investigation.

A complete description of services iscontained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreementis approximately May 2015 through January 2018.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package willbe available for download on March 12, 2015 or may be obtained in person fromthe DOT&PF Plans Room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before4:00 pm. Persons residing outside the Municipality of Anchorage may obtain anRFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and besubmitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than 4:00PM on April 2, 2015 prevailing time.
