Application Received for Private Non-Exclusive Easement: ADL 108345 – Heaton Stabilization at Mendenhall River
Subject to Alaska Statute 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southeast Regional Office (SERO) is considering an application for a private non-exclusive easement from Scott and Traci Heaton. The requested easement is necessary for a residential bank stabilization project along the Mendenhall River. Application materials and figures showing the location of ADL 108345 are enclosed with this notice.
The requested easement is approximately 70 feet in length and 20 feet wide, occupying approximately .03 acres of state-owned land.
