Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Anchorage Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed TA153-126, requesting approval of a special contract with the Alaska Railroad Corporation (Special Contract). The Special Contract waives Rule 9.6 in the AWWU tariff, which prohibits the extension of a service connection to a property located beyond 200 lineal feet of an existing sewer line. AWWU indicated its intention to remove the prohibition in Rule 9.6 in a subsequent tariff advice filing. If Rule 9.6 is revised as a result of a future filing, the Special Contract will terminate as of the date the 200 lineal foot limitation is removed. Further, AWWU proposes to reference the Special Contract within the listing of current AWWU special contracts on Tariff Sheet No. 63.
