Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed two tariff revisions for its water and sewer utilities (TA154-122 and TA154-126, respectively), proposing various housekeeping revisions throughout its tariff. The proposed revisions include: correction of spelling and grammar errors; removal or correction of redundant or outdated references; change of “appeal” to “complaint” in sections discussing billing disputes brought before the Commission; and revision of language related to allowing water main extension, sewer line extension, and extended connection contracts to be signed by a third party.
This notice does not contain every pertinent revision or request associated with each filing. The Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
