Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development – Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing

On February18, 2015, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 12 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with business licenses, identification of lines of business, payment of fees, and corrections of clerical errors.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on February 24, 2015, and will go into effect on March 26, 2015.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 213, April 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
