The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCCED); Division of Insurance (DOI), is soliciting proposals for a contractor to assist the property and casualty unit in rate and form filings, including rules, utilizing System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF). Successful offeror must be familiar with SERFF and have performed this regulatory function for other states in a similar capacity.
