AEA is conductingthis procurement as an agent for the City of Nunam Iqua under the authority of3 AAC 108 Financial and Technical Assistances of Energy Systems, Facilities andEquipment.  Actions related to protests,claims and appeals will be handled in accordance with 3 AAC 108.910, 3 AAC108.915, and 3 AAC 108.920. This project is funded by a combination of State ofAlaska and federal appropriations.

This Invitation to Bid [ITB]is for rural power plant upgrades as indicted in the scope of work.

Pre-bid Conference – is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time, February12, 2015, at AIDEA, 813 West Northern Lights Boulevard, Anchorage, AK 99503.AIDEA’s parking lot is off of 27th Street. The meeting will be in the BirchConference room. There will not be a site visit.

Submission of Bids- Bidders shall submit sealed bids in single (1) copy.All Bids including any modifications or withdrawals shall be received prior tothe bid opening; bids will be publically opened at Authority’s Office on March 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Alaska time, Willow Conference Room.
