SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
The Department of Health and Social Services, proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 7, Chapter 12, of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with reporting of discharge data from facilities providing inpatient services, emergency department services, and outpatient services.
This is a SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE adding to the NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES that was issued on November 26, 2013, hereby incorporated by reference. This SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE is being issued because the department has decided to include additional facilities that must report discharge data and to offer the public more opportunity to provide comments on the proposed regulations.
WRITTEN COMMENT: You may comment on the proposed regulation changes, including the potential costs to private persons of complying with the proposed changes, by submitting written comments to Jill Lewis, Division of Public Health, PO Box 110616, Juneau, AK 99811-0616; E-mail: jill.lewis@alaska.gov
Comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 18, 2014.
