The Department of Health and Social Services adopted regulations dealing with transferring certain department functions on hearing and appeal procedures from the department to the Office of Administrative Hearings. The regulations were filed by the Lt. Governor and are effective on 4/4/2013. The regulations will appear
in Register 206, July 2013 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
The changes deal with hearing and appeal procedures. The changes include revisions to 7 AAC 23, 7 AAC 40,
7 AAC 45, 7 AAC 47, 7 AAC 49, 7 AAC 55, 7 AAC 100, and 7 AAC 155.
