A CIP funded the construction of a new Fire Facility to replace this trailer as it was being used. With the new building under construction, budget allows for the demolition of the trailer. The trailer is structurally inadequate and dilapidated to the point of not surviving a move if required. Deferred maintenance costs currently exceed value. The Division has an opportunity to renovate other existing space to replace this space and can facilitate demolition during a current construction contract.

If sold to public, this department requests a deposit of $0 ensuring compliance to all stipulations.
