Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: 

APPLICANT: Jody Peck 

PROJECT NAME: LAS 33571   

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Property is situated on the northwest shore of Lake Wasilla approx. 3/4 mi of the Parks Hwy.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian   

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant Jody Peck, dba Generational Vision Overseer, is requesting the year-round placement of one new dock and one pre-existing dock within Wasilla Lake and one pre-existing boat ramp.  New dock is a 6' x 30' fixed dock with an 8' x 10' finger. Dock 2 is a 4' x 24' plastic and fiberglass floating dock. The boat ramp is approx 20' wide extending 15' into the lake made of gravel and rock- no modifications are planned to be done to the lake in this area.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:   
Start: March 9, 2021        
End: March 8, 2026

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
