Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:

APPLICANT: State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT)

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Sullivan Creek Crossing of the Tanana Tofty Road

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: On March 25, 2021, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water, issued a decision regarding the casefile under ADL 421570. This decision authorizes a public access easement for the improvement of a creek crossing on the Tanana Tofty Road, near Manley Hot Springs.
