NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-348

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by the Survey Section on behalf of DNR to eliminate certain boundaries created & platted by Alaska State Cadastral Survey No. 87-137 (Plat 91-13 Fairbanks Recording District) and to replat applicable parcels to facilitate the proposed Alaska State Land Survey No. 2021-10; which in turn establishes boundaries around the existing Tok Shooting Range facilities which were built in the wrong location. This replat is located near Tok in Section 10, Township 18 North, Range 11 East, Copper River Meridian (refer to the attached plats/maps). 

Due to mandates regarding the COVID-19 pandemic the public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on May 13, 2021.  Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, May 11, 2021 to ensure consideration.
