ITB: 2501000114 DOA Juneau State Office Building – 5th Floor Drain Line Repairs

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for DOA Juneau State Office Building – 5th Floor Drain Line Repairs, Program Number 2501000114, will be received before 2:00 p.m., September 9, 2020 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project includes replacing cast iron drain lines in the Juneau State Office Building in Juneau, Alaska. Work also includes abatement of hazardous materials in the work area.  Additive Alternate 1 includes additional drain line replacement as shown in the contract documents.

A non-mandatory work site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Juneau State Office Building located at 222 Wiloughby Avenue, Juneau, Alaska. In an effort to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, bidders shall bring and wear face coverings and maintain social distancing.

The Engineer's Estimate is Less than $200,000. The Project shall be substantially completed in 45 Calendar Days.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
