INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Mat-Su District Paving, Contract Number 20-25-1-018, will be received before 2:00 p.m., August 7, 2020 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project is to perform asphalt paving and maintenance work on State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities roadways within the Mat-Su District boundaries, on an as-needed basis. The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000 for the initial period of performance. The Project completion date will be June 30, 2021.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
