INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for AWOS Projects: Various Sites, Project Number AIP 3-02-0200-128-2020 / CFAPT00504, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 29, 2020 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will install new Automated Weather Observations Systems at Akiachak, Tununak, Crooked Creek, and Perryville airports.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2021.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
