Subject to AS 38.05.850 the Department of Natural Resources Southeast Regional Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: TM Construction Inc.
PROJECT NAME: ADL 109063
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Easement will run through Jamestown Bay near Sitka, Alaska to Dove Island and Ring Island.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Within Section 6, Township 56 South, Range 64 East, CRM for approximately 1.00 acre, more or less.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant plans on installing a water line that will serve the residents of Dove Island and Ring Island. The applicant plans on using several vessels to control placement of this line and several hundred concreate weights that will be attached with nylon ropes. The line will lay along the bottom of the seafloor without any suspension in the water column.
PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Construction scheduled to take place July 2020. Easement term for 25 years.
