Seward Highway – 36th Avenue Intersection Reconstruction Appraisal Services

The selected appraiser will perform one (1) Full Narrative Appraisal on a developed commercial property, which is located in the Municipality of Anchorage.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the initial Agreement is approximately May 2020 to July 2020. Cost of these professional services is expected to be less than $50,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 24, 2020, and can be downloaded at the link shown below.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than May 4, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
