NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Birchwood Airport Master Plan Update
RFP No. 25202051

The Contractor shall provide professional services for an Airport Master Plan Update to document existing conditions, forecast future activity, determine facility requirements by analyzing airport development options, develop aviation alternatives for the community of Birchwood and the local area, and develop a Capital Improvement Program and an Airport Layout Plan for the airport.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2020 to January 2022. Cost of these professional services is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available January 7, 2020 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than February 7, 2020 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
