INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Mat-Su Structures Removal, Project Number 0A41029 / Z543730000B, will be received before 2:00 p.m., January 8, 2020 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract consists of three projects and includes the removal and disposal or salvage of all buildings, foundations, fences, structures, old pavements, abandoned utilities and any other obstructions and improvements on the following properties located in Wasilla, Palmer, and Knik, Alaska:

Parks Hwy Structures Removal: 8395 W. Swan Dr.; 9815 W. Margin Way; 8430 W. Parks Hwy; 8960 W. Waldal Dr.; 7751 W. Parks Hwy

Glenn Hwy Structures Removal: 4280-4350 S. Glenn Hwy; 3854 S. Glenn Hwy

Knik-Goose Bay Road Structures Removal: 4800 S. Mainsail Ave.; 4340-4360 Knik-Goose Bay Road.

There is a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for December 30, 2019, at 2:00 pm.  Meet at 9815 W. Margin Way, Wasilla Alaska.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be April 30, 2020.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
