Public and Agency Notice: Aquatic Farmsite Lease
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to AS 38.05.083, the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to offer a 10-year lease to Gary Seims dba Seims Sea Farm for a 0.89-acre, more or less, site for the operation of an aquatic farmsite for the purpose of the continuing culture and harvest of Pacific oysters, Sugar kelp, Ribbon kelp, Sea lettuce, Red ribbon, and Blue mussel. The location of the project area is further described as being within the N 1/2 of Section 14, Township 7 South, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian, within Peterson Bay near Homer, Alaska.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request.
