Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southeast Regional Land Office has received an easement application for the following:

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Land underlying the Mendenhall River at Mendenhall Valley Industrial Park 3, Lot 1 and Lot 2AA, Juneau, Alaska.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: An unsurveyed parcel 300 feet long and 50 feet wide, consisting of approximately .344 acres within Copper River Meridian, Township 40 South, Range 65 East, Section 25.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Construction of a revetment structure for erosion control involving placement of 2,000 cubic yards of rip-rap below the mean-high water mark of the Mendenhall River.
REQUESTED TERM: Indefinite; construction will take place for several weeks each spring over the course of 3 years (Spring 2020 to Spring 2023).
