REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals for Sterling Hwy MP 45-60 Sunrise Lake Rd to Skilak Lake Rd Phases 2-5 CM/GC, Project Number Z530140000, will be received until 4:00 p.m., November 12, 2019 in the office of the Chief of Contracts at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) invites proposals from general construction contractors to serve as “Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC)” for the Sterling Highway MP 45-60 Sunrise Lake Road to Skilak Lake Road Phases 2–5 project in Cooper Landing, Alaska.  The CM/GC procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project, including any preconstruction related services during the development process.

The Engineer's Estimate for the PreConstruction Services is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.
