GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: Glacier View, mile 91.5 Glenn Highway

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: S½SE¼, Sec. 19, T20N, R8E, SM   

Subject to AS 38.05.020 and AS 38.05.035, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has cleared and removed the abandoned personal property of Anna M. Harmon from a trespass camp/occupancy on state land near mile 91.5 of the Glenn Highway. The property has been inventoried and is now stored at a secure state facility.

The State will dispose of the collected personal property of Anna M. Harmon by placing in the municipal landfill. To avoid the property disposal, the property owner must:

• Collect all property within the 30-day period following this posting; and

• Not return the property to state managed lands

In addition, the state may require payment to recover costs associated with the trespass camp cleanup.
