Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: TRYGG AIR ALASKA, LLC

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32993

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located in Southwest Alaska along the Naknek River near the town of King Salmon.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 26, Township 17 South, Range 45 West, Seward Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The placement and use of a temporary floating dock to be used in support of a commercial air taxi business between the months of May through October. The dock's dimensions are 21-feet by 5-feet with a 73.5-feet by 5-feet T-Shaped extension.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: August 1, 2019
End: July 31, 2024

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
