VISTA MINERALS (ALASKA) INC.

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: VISTA MINERALS (ALASKA) INC.

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32962

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located near the West Fork Maclaren River along the Maclaren River Road.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 22, Township 20 South, Range 6 East, Fairbanks Meridian.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Vista Minerals (Alaska) Inc. has requested installation of 23 temporary tent structures, (4) 8'x20' connex storage containers, cross country travel of (2) F-3000 skid mounted drilled rigs, (1) skid mounted drill rod sloop, (1) D6H dozer, (1) ZX160 excavator, (1) M925A1 cargo carrier, up to 330 gallons of Jet A fuel, up to 110 gallons of gasoline, and up to 100 gallons of drilling additives.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: September 1, 2019
End: October 31, 2022

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
