Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time on September 13, 2019. Emailed, faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (ADOT&PF), Statewide Procurement Office, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an appropriate study, within the legal framework as established by 49 CFR Part 26 and court rulings, to determine the absence or presence of discrimination in federal aid contracting in Alaska.

Copies of Request For Proposal documents may be downloaded (RFP in Adobe Acrobat format from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.

Copies of the bid documents are available upon request from the Procurement Officer.

An Excel version of the Cost Proposal worksheet is also available upon request from the Procurement Officer. This Excel spreadsheet can be used to determine a proposer’s cost of deliverables, and then printed out on a non-live document format prior to issuing along with the proposal package.
