REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Northern Regional Lands Office (NRO) has received an application from Michael John to renew his permit under LAS 28544. This permit was originally issued October 22, 2012 for the summer cross-country travel of a John Deere 110 backhoe over a segment of the Fairbanks Circle Trail (RST 237) to access his private parcel within the Mt. Ryan Remote Recreational Staking Area (ADL 417817). His parcel (ADL 418769) is located approximately 400 yards from the main trail and is accessed by an existing established trail. The total distance traveled would be approximately 8 miles round-trip.

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.
